Author's Visit
In coodination and with the support of our Usborne Rep Gail Sawchuck, Michelle Nelson Schmidt spoke with the whole school about her journey to finding what lights her up. She shared her books, her art, and her excitement for finding what you are passionate about. She blew us all away! You can check out her website at whatifmonsters.com.

I am so excited to announce that we will be doing Hour of Code schoolwide! I love coding and the opportunities that it provides for kids. Hour of Code is focused on giving students opportunities to learn a little coding and develop computational thinking while having fun. In addition to being part of a global event, students will be developing coding skills that they can use with some of our robotics in the makerspace.
